From the panelled lobby you take the stairs to the first floor. You enter the apartment into a small hall with a bright modern kitchen on the right. The kitchen comes equipped with fitted fridge/ freezer, gas hob and electric oven, washer/ tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The stylishly decorated lounge dinning area is entered into through an arch doorway with two French windows leading out onto a large suntrap balcony with sun loungers, patio table and chairs. Bearing left from the entrance hallway you will find a floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with modern shower, toilet and sink. At the end of the hall you have two elegant twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and French windows onto another large sun drenched balcony. There is also an Ensuite bathroom to one of the bedrooms with bath and shower.
